Home Grown

Despite the hot dry Summer and the marauding possums I have managed to harvest enough herbs and vegetables to make all the effort worthwhile.............




And with the eggs for lemons deal struck up with my neighbour we have managed to whip up some delicious zero carbon miles meals.


 Still, apart from the obvious rewards there is something peaceful and deeply satisfying about tending and nurturing an edible garden.

  1. Wildly jealous - missing my old garden - but can't wait till this heat disappears slightly so I can pop a few things in the new garden. Your bounty looks very impressive!
